小学１年生に
将来なりたい職業は？
って聞くと
その年によって順位は変わりますが
２４年間も変わらず１位に君臨するのが
パン屋さんケーキ屋さんだそうですね。
どうしてでしょうかね？
まぁ私には本当の理由は分かりませんが
多分身近な存在で
綺麗な仕事
そんなイメージから来てるのかも知れません
食べ物を扱う訳ですから
清潔感が溢れてますからね。
しかし面白い事に
同じように駅前にはたくさん店舗があるのに
まったくランキングに登場しない職業があります。
不動産屋です。
私の孫たちは
私が冗談で
大きくなったら不動産屋になる？
って聞くと
絶対に嫌だ
って言います。
本当に子供に人気の無い職業だな
って思いますね。
最近は建設業もランキングに入ってるのに
不動産屋は一切出てこない
これも不思議ですが
多分理由は仕事が見えないからでしょうね。
駅前に不動産屋はあっても
パン屋さんと違い
普通の人は滅多に行く機会はありませんし
人によっては一生不動産に行くことは無い
そんな人も多いと思います。
沖縄に戻れば
私の両親も
兄妹も友人達も
不動産に無縁の人だらけです。
大体部落内には不動産屋その物がありませんからね。
ですから
子供に不動産屋が人気が無い理由は
中身を知る機会が無いから
だろうと思いますね。
では大人になれば
不動産屋の事は良く理解できるか？
って言うと
多分そうでもありませんね。
先ほど言ったように
一般の人は
滅多に不動産屋に行く機会はありませんからね。
大人になっても
不動産屋の内情は良く知らない
そんな人は多いと思います。
知らなければどうするか？
まあ警戒心が湧いて
近づきたくない
そう思うのが人間心理ですよね。
私のゴルフクラブでは
不動産屋と言うだけで
メンバーに入れるな
って反対する人がいるようで
その意味では私は幸運でしたね。
まぁいずれにしても
私が若い頃から今に至るまで
不動産屋に対する差別
これは日本人の中に延々と続いてる
私はそう感じています。
父親が不動産屋だと言うだけで
娘は嫁がせたくない
って話は今でもあるようですし
大分前になりますが
親が不動産屋だと子供が名門の私立小学校に入れないので
職業を変えた人もいました。
そんな感じで
知らない故に差別される
これが不動産屋ですが
では知ってれば差別されないか？
って言うと
そうではありません
一番不動産屋の事を知ってる人たちが
一番差別する
私はそう感じています。
それは銀行です。
私たちが連れてくお客様には喜んで融資しますが
不動産屋には融資をしたがらない
そんな傾向があります。
融資基準に達してるのに
不動産屋だからと言って住宅ローンを断られた人が
私の身近にもいます。
それと最近聞いたのですが
友人が独立して不動産会社を作ったのですが
融資をしないまでは分かるとして
口座も作らせない
って言われたそうです。
まぁ何とも酷い話ですよね。
差別の極みですよね。
私自身は銀行に迷惑をかけた事は一度もありませんが
裏切りで危うく資金がショートする
なんて事は何度もありましたからね。
社会的地位は
銀行が高くて不動産屋が低いと思いますが
私の中では銀行の評価は最低ランクです。
だからお金を借りてまで仕事をしよう
なんて思わないのです。
まぁそんな感じです。
まだしばらく差別で苦しみそうですが
いつかその差別が取り去られ日を夢見て
今日も心を清く持って頑張りましょう。
