また花粉シーズンがやって来ました。
これから１か月半
ガマン ガマンです。
しかし毎年毎年これほど国民の健康に悪影響を与えてるのに
何とかならないんですかね？
まぁ何とかなるならとっくに何とかしてますからね。
やっぱり何ともならないんでしょう。
何とも言えない気持ちになります。
この花粉症
国民の30％とか50％とか言われてますが
私の実感とはかけ離れてますね。
私の家族は全員花粉症ですし
社内でも私が知る限り３人だけが花粉から解放されてますが
感覚的に言えば90％以上が花粉症って感じです。
まぁ国民全体の統計と言えば
花粉も無い沖縄も含まれるでしょうから
全国規模で見ればその通りなのかも知れませんね。
で当社の花粉症で無い社員３人
面白い事には
一人はアトピーですし
もう一人は関節リュウマチを患っています。
言うまでも無く花粉症と同じで免疫の異常反応が原因ですよね。
免疫異常が原因の病気
他にもたくさんありますね。
若い頃私が苦しんだ喘息もそうですし
私の身内には
免疫細胞が造血幹細胞を破壊する
そんな難病で危うく死にかけた人もいます。
何で本来人体を守るはずの
自己免疫がこんな事になるんでしょうね？
一見私たちの免疫ってバカなの？
って思いますが
免疫の皆さんの立場になれば
そうも言えませんね
なんせ私たちを襲って来る細菌だとかウイルス
無数にありますから
完全に有害無害の判断をするのは不可能
そんな所だと思いますね。
つまり
免疫と言えども完璧では無い
って事です。
90％程度機能すれば
生体にとっては恩恵の方が大きいので
多少の不具合は受け入れなさい
って事だと思います。
実際に免疫機能が落ちた高齢者は
肺炎やなんかで簡単に死にますからね。
欠陥はあっても
免疫が人体に欠かせないのは間違いありません。
この人体の原理
実はビジネスでも全く同じです。
つまり100％を求めては
決してビジネスは上手く行かないのです。
会社を回すには
多少の不具合は受け入れる
これは私がいつも意識してる事です。
個々社員の仕事もそうですし
会社全体の人員もそうやって見ています。
例えば
少しのミスを犯した時に
私が完全主義者であれば
それを根絶しようとして
徹底的に社員を叱ると思いますが
それをやってしまっては
社員はいなくなります。
って事は
そもそも会社の存在意義
これを失うって事でもあります。
それよりも何よりも
私自身がミスをやらかしますし
小さなミスも受け入れられない
とすれば
効率は大変悪くなりますからね。
会社は硬直して
死を待つだけ
って事になります。
人体ですら不完全なまま生命活動を続けてる訳ですから
仕事でもプライベートでも
完璧を求めては逆に回らなくなる
この意識は欠かせない
って事です。
他人に完璧を求めては
付き合う人間はいなくなりますし
自分に完璧を求めては
うつ病になります。
花粉症と同じで
この世は不完全を受け入れて生きてく物
この意識を持てば
人生の苦しみの大半は吹き飛ぶ
そう思いますね。
そんな訳です
花粉症仲間の皆さん

垂れる鼻水を恨まずに
じっと時が過ぎるのを待ちましょう。

the asthma I suffered from when I was young is same cause
in my family

is it supposed to protect the human body isn’t it?
At first glance, is our immunity stupid?

If I were to be in the position of an immune
I can't say that
Because there are countless bacteria and viruses which attack us.
