見事に結果を出しています。
結果が出れば
語る言葉は説得力がありますよね。
でもこの人
あまり話しませんね
どうして？
そこにこの人の成功の理由があるように思います。
心の内は想像するしかありませんが
多分彼は
今偉そうに語っても
調子が悪くなった時には
その言葉が自分に重くのしかかる
そんな風に考えてるのだと思います。
どうしてそう思うかと言えば
この人の性格は私と良く似てるのです。
まぁ大監督と自分を比べるなんて図々しい話でもありますが
脳の構造が似てる
勝手に私はそう感じてるのです。
どこが似てるか？
って言うと
一口で言えば臆病でマイナス思考です。
このブログを読んでる方は私の性格はある程度理解できてると思いますが
黒田監督も
基本的に失敗を極端に恐れる
そんな性格です。
これは町田ゼルビアの監督に誘われた時の話から分かります。
その時に彼は
いきなりプロの監督では自信が無いから
しばらくコーチをさせて経験を積ませて欲しい
そう言ったそうです。
でも社長の藤田さんは
あなたならやれる
そう言い切って強引に監督にした訳です。
で仕方なくビビりながら監督になったって話です。
でこの監督就任が決まってから
黒田さんがやった事
それは徹底的に町田ゼルビアの失点シーンの映像を見たそうです。
つまり
失点しなければ負けませんから
点を取られない方法
これを模索した訳です。
マイナス思考ですよね
私自身も会社を始める前に
本屋で
会社を潰した社長さんの証言を集めた本を買って

返すつもりでいたのです。
なんでそんな愚かな考えになるか？
って言うとプラス思考だからです。
上手く行った時の事は考えられますが
負ける事は考えられないのです。
犯罪ではありませんが
不動産屋もこのプラス思考型はガンガン潰れていきます。
金融機関から借りられるだけ借りて
転売で大儲け
これを夢みていますが
気が付けば不良在庫の山
最後は社員が出社したら
会社の電気が点いてなくて
社長の机の上にメモ
“ごめんなさいもう疲れ切ってしまいました”
実際に私の知り合いだった人の話です。
そんな感じで
黒田監督の話からも
成功する人はマイナス思考が多い
これも確認できます。
ではもうプラス思考の人は要らないのか？
って言うと
そうではありません。
実際にはマイナス思考の人たちだけでは
世の中は停滞します。
人間社会を発展させるのは
プラス思考の猛者たちです。
日本の歴史を見ても
織田信長だの坂本龍馬だの
プラス思考だらけです。
本人たちは非業の死を遂げる訳ですが
そんな人たちのおかげで時代が大きく展開する
これもまた真理です。
大体町田ゼルビアの監督黒田さんは慎重型ですが
社長の藤田さんはギャンブラーであり勝負師ですからね
彼のプラス思考が無ければ
そもそも高校の監督をプロに連れて来る
なんて事も無かったと思います。
私は臆病で慎重な経営に徹してきましたが
しかしそれが許されたのは
たくさんの猪突猛進型の犠牲のおかげ
これはいつも意識しています。
ですから
例え潰れたとしても
私はそんな人たちを見下す事はありません。
勇気ある者は臆病者より上
常に尊敬と感謝の念を持っています。
ただし
そうなりたいとも思いませんが。

basically extremely afraid of failure
That's the kind of personality he has.
