昨日やっとアメリカ議会でウクライナへの支援案が可決されました。
去年から共和党の内紛でゴタゴタしてまとまらずに
結局ウクライナは武器不足でロシアに押され放しになり
このままでは今年中にロシアに負ける
なんて話があっちこっちから出て来て
やっと採決になりました。
私はこのゴタゴタを毎日見ていましたが
まぁ本当に人間社会の縮図その物でしたね。
一言で言えば
人間の保身欲と良心とか理念
これが入り乱れてまるで歴史ドラマを見てるようでした。
このドラマ
知らない人のためにあらすじを書くと
まず昨年ウクライナ法案の採決に前向きだった
共和党のマッカーシー議長が
民主党が提出した解任決議に身内の共和党から賛成する人が出て
解任されました。
その後議長に選出されたジョンソンと言う人です
この人は見た目も行動も
トランプのパシリです。
その威光で議長にしてもらった訳ですから
逆らう訳には行きません
この人がやった事は
とにかくウクライナ支援法案を採決しない
それだけです。
イースター休暇だとかなんとかで
とにかく逃げ回っていました。
今回初めて分かったのですが
アメリカ議会は
多数が法案に賛成していても
議長が採決をしなければ
どうにもならないようです。
これで民主主義？
まぁ良く分かりません。
結果４か月もウクライナ支援が止まって
ロシアの攻勢を許した
って訳です。
今回の採決では賛成311 反対112ですから
圧倒的にウクライナ支援は支持されてるのに
議長一人でそれを阻止できる
私も初めて知って驚きでした。
まぁしかし
さすがにウクライナが負ける
なんて話になれば
世論もトランプ離れが起こりますから
渋々採決したって訳です。
この間の展開を見てると
トランプは自分が大統領に当選するために
支持者が喜ぶ話をして
そのパシリのジョンソンは
顔色をうかがいながら
結局は何もしない
その他の共和党議員も
トランプを敵に回しては
自分の地位が危なくなりますから
黙ってる
大体そんな感じです。
つまり
内心では全員
このままではウクライナがマズい事になるし
実際に負ければ独裁に民主主義が負けた
って事になりますから
支援法案は可決しなければならない
そう思っていますが
理念や良心より自分の身の安全が第一ですから
結局傍観って事になったのです。
これが人間社会の縮図だって言ったのは
この構造は私たちの周りに
いくらでも存在するのです。
中学生の時には
いじめられてる子がいて
皆可哀そうだと思っていても
それを助けると自分にその矛先が向かいますから
見て見ぬふり
これが定番です。
大人の社会でも
町でヤクザに暴行を受けてる人がいても
助ける人はいません。
自分の身の安全を守るためには
止む得ない
そうも言えますが
しかし例え自分は無傷でも
それを傍観した事によって
自らの良心が痛む
これが人間です。
まぁ辛い物ですよね
ただ私はこの事を中学生の時に真剣に考えましたが
傍観までは仕方が無いとしても
強い側についてそのイジメる側に回っては
もう自分の尊厳はズタズタになりますよね。
私自身は
それが耐えられない性格なので
中学で沖縄を離れ
会社を自分で起こしたのです。
結構厳しい道のりでしたが
その意味では
共和党議員の皆さんより私が上
そんな自負がありますから
誇りを持っています。
トランプのパシリのジョンソンさん
これまで暗い表情でしたが
採決されたら
晴れやかな顔になっていましたね。
苦しかったでしょうね
自分の良心に反して
トランプの僕に徹してた訳ですから
彼に会う事もありませんが
もし会う機会があったら言いたいですね。
人の威光で連邦議員になっても
辛い日々が続くだけですが
自分の力で地方の議員になれば
誰に媚びる事もありません。
ですから
堂々と生きられますよ
って
まぁしかしこれまで媚び続けてきた訳ですから
私が思うほどには
それに屈辱は感じて無いのかもしれませんね
そうであれば
頑張って下院議長を続けて下さい。
Yesterday, the U.S. Congress finally passed a bill to provide aid to Ukraine.
Since last year, the party has been confused and uncoordinated due to internal conflicts within the Republican Party.
In the end, Ukraine was pushed by Russia due to lack of weapons.

At last, the vote was finally taken.
I was watching this mess every day
Well, it really was a microcosm of human society.
In a nutshell
Human self-preservation desire, conscience, and ideology
It was like watching a historical drama with all of this mixed together.

Write a summary for people who don't know
First,
Republican Chairman McCarthy
he was positive about voting on the Ukraine bill last year.
Because of that
Some of his fellow Republican support Democrat move to vacate him
And he was dismissed.
And next guy was named Johonson
He was elected as a chairman.
This person act as if Trumps servant
He could be chairman because of Trump backed him.
he can't go against Trump
what he did was
He won't vote on the Ukraine aid bill anyway
That's all.
He's on Easter break or something.
He was running around anyway.
This is the first time I've found out
The American Congress
Even if the majority is in favor of the bill
If the chairman does not take a vote
Never get vote.
Is this democracy?
Well, I don't really understand.
As a result, aid to Ukraine was stopped for four months.

This structure is all around us
When I was in junior high school
There were classmates who were being bullied
Even if everyone feels sorry for him
If someone help him,
the brunt will be directed at him.
