ご贈答用にと幾つか購入していた
KahuのManuka Honey。
最後の１つを残して全て贈り物にした。
そしてこの本を読んで激しく後悔した。
もっとたくさん買っておけば良かった
そしてもっと早くにマヌ活をスタート
していれば良かったと…
この世に出回っているマヌカハニーの大半は
ピュアなManukaハニーではないらしい。
他の花が混ざっていたり
大量生産のため熱処理が施されていたり
栄養価も非加熱のハチミツほど
期待はできないそうだ。
だがKahu Manuka Honey は
非加熱蜂蜜で蜂蜜独自の栄養素が生きている。
生キャラメルのような
トロッとした口当たりが特徴などと聞くと
すぐにでも試してみたくなる。
そして幸運なことに家には1つだけ
