Key Responsibilities:
-Manage inventory control for products and supplies and place orders when necessary.
-Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry.
-Schedule management for upper management
-Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
-Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint) and Adobe software knowledge
-Language: Proficient English required. Japanese speaking preferred but not required.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners and fax machines
-Authorization to work in the US

The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing HR policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives, culture, and values. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, development, retention, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager will also be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction, and supporting our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
Deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of the retail industry and its challenges and opportunities.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
Experience in a global and/or retail environment.
